14 Day no-quibble guarantee

We aim to deliver stylish products of the highest quality, but if you don’t like your product when it arrives, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Want Living do not accept responsibility for covering the cost of returning non-damaged or faulty products. Products which have been used or installed with 14 days of delivery can be returned. However, Want Living reserve the right not to reimburse the full value of the product if the product is no longer fit for resale.

Damaged or faulty items

All our products are checked before they're dispatched and we carefully select our packaging to ensure all products are delivered in excellent condition. However, damages and faults can occur, so please inspect your products upon delivery as all deliveries require a signature to confirm safe receipt of the product. Please report any visible damages or faults to the driver upon delivery whenever possible and the products will be returned to us immediately - our Customer Services Team will then be in touch to advise when a replacement product will be dispatched or will issue a full refund.
