Getting your product to you as quickly as possible is our priority and making sure our deliveries are convenient to your lifestyle is critical.

Our two-person delivery crews are trained to handle the delivery of our large products such as bedroom furniture and fireplaces with dedicated care and attention. All products that require two-person deliveries are shown on each individual product.

Smaller items are usually delivered by our transport partners within 72 hours of receiving the order. Want Living offer a free of charge standard delivery service, Monday-Saturday between 8.00am-8.00pm. A signature will be required on receipt of the delivery, unless special delivery instructions have been given when placing your order. Want Living do not accept responsibility for any items once delivered in accordance with special delivery instructions.

**Small items – 48 hour express delivery (£15 delivery supplement)

If you need something in a hurry many of our smaller items are available with express delivery. All products that have this option available are shown on the product page. Items will be delivered by a third party courier service operating Monday-Saturday, between 8.00am-8.00pm. Orders must be placed before midday to receive items within 48 hours. An additional delivery supplement of £15 will be charged. A signature will be required on receipt of the delivery, unless special delivery instructions have been given when placing your order. Want Living do not accept responsibility for any items once delivered in accordance with special delivery instructions. Following confirmation of your order, the courier service will provide you with a tracking number to allow you to track the status of the delivery. In the event your item(s) is out of stock our customer services team will contact you to advise when they will be available.

***Larger items – 72 hour FREE standard delivery (2 person delivery)

Items over 25kg require a two-person delivery team and are delivered by our transport partners within 72 hours of receiving the order. Want Living offer this free of charge standard delivery service, Monday-Saturday between 8.00am-8.00pm. A signature will be required on receipt of the delivery, unless special delivery instructions have been given when placing your order. Want Living do not accept responsibility for any items once delivered in accordance with special delivery instructions.

****Larger items – 4 week FREE delivery (2 person delivery)

Larger items such as bedroom furniture and fireplaces require a two-person delivery and these are delivered by our trained teams. Deliveries are made Monday-Saturday between 7.00am-6.00pm. Our sales teams will contact you to confirm a delivery date within 4 weeks of receiving the order. Our delivery team will call or text within 1 hour of delivery on the date arranged All products will be delivered to your room of choice (ground floor only). A signature will be required on receipt of the delivery.

Orders with several items

If your order includes multiple products, we may consolidate items so products arrive together. If there is a combination of small and large items we will deliver them all together free of charge within 4 weeks, unless you choose to split your order and specify upon ordering that you would like to receive these separately.

Assembly and size

All home delivery products will be delivered to a room of choice (ground floor only). You are required to ensure that the products ordered will fit your property. We include full product specifications on our website and if you are unsure about anything, please call us before placing your order. In some instances you may require specialist advice from Plumbers, Electricians or fireplace installers to check chimney & flue types.

Checking your delivery

All our deliveries require a signature to confirm safe receipt of the product – please make sure you are home to receive delivery.

When you receive your delivery, please check that the number of items delivered matches the number on the delivery note so that any errors can be reported to the driver immediately.

Delivery drivers will unpack and check timber and marble fire surrounds upon delivery and will offer to take away package should you wish, if you prefer not to have the goods unpacked the products will be re-covered. Please take time to check the product carefully and check that everything is in good condition. Any problems should be reported to the driver or the Customer Services Team within 14 days.

No quibble guarantee

Want Living comply with all distance selling regulations and have a no quibble replacement policy for items incorrectly supplied or damaged in transit during our delivery. Please notify our Customer Services Team within 14 days and we will arrange to get any discrepancies put right as fast as we can.

No-one home charges

If delivery has been arranged and there is no-one available to accept the delivery on the day arranged, we reserve the right to charge £55 for redelivery. Our Customer Services Team will contact you to arrange an alternative date.

Changing your delivery date

If you are unable to accommodate the arranged delivery date you must inform us at least 48 hours in advance of the delivery to arrange another date without any charge. For items on 4 week leadtime we will require notification of a change to a pre-arranged delivery date 5 days in advance. We reserve the right to charge £55 if redelivery is required.

Delivery exclusions

Home delivery is only available in mainland England, Scotland and Wales. We are currently unable to deliver to Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Scilly Isles, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Eire and BFPO addresses.
